Veliks is an Imbacellah (Imm-bah-kell-uh), a species I created for fun a few days ago. Which also means I should probably add details about it, so:
)Its not a uniform species (Such as Canadian Geese) but has no physical identification of gender.
)Can come in different patterns/colors.
)Appendages on their backs are mostly muscle. They can extend, or "unravel", to a certain extent. They cannot go fully out, nor can they work as a type of tenticle (they can't move them all willy nilly).
)As a warning they rear their back, extend their back appendages(Called Vantilles), and using its muscle they "rattle"(looks like shivering) the large scales that line them while emitting a low naselly "aauuurrr" sound.
)Make very little noise unless investigating, or communicating.
)An average of a 45-55 year life span.
)Have vocal qualities unique to themselves, even if very little.
)Live either solitarilly or in small "families" of 3-5.
10) Around 6 feet in height.
)Ventilles are usually a sort of skin color
