This policy is applied to all of our websites. This will explain what information we collect and what that information is used for as well as what choices you have. Links to other websites are contained in Secret Trance. The Privacy stated here is not applied to other websites or individuals that are not in control by Secret Trance. You review the privacy statement of any sites that you visit from ours to learn of their information practices. Please read over this statement. By accessing this site, you are agreeing to these terms and be aware that our policies may evolve in the future.

| Information We Collect |

In various places, we collect Personally Identifiable Information. This would be information such as your name, age, gender, e-mail address, postal address, or other information that can be used to contact you or identify you. For example, this information may be collected when you register for membership or special things such as account upgrades, purchase products or services from us or other special events. In the future we may offer additional features, services and promotional opportunities that would require this Personally Identifiable Information to be submitted for participation.
Most of the collected information, such as e-mail address and name, can be hidden from other members of Secret Trance. By default this information (except for IP address) is visible, however there are options to hide this information by the sole choice of the user. During play we also collect your computers "IP address" (An IP address - Internet Protocol address) is a unique address that certain electronic devices use in order to identify and communicate with each other on a computer network - in simpler terms, a computer address. It is not intended, or usable, to act as an identifier that always uniquely identifies a particular computer. This process is required to prevent cheating and account hijacking and will not be divulged or used for our own profit. The above information will be kept confidential unless applicable law requires us to divulge it. Just like many other sites, Secret Trance uses "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer and is stored on your hard drive. When you visit our site, the cookie is used to identify your computer so that re-registration or re-login is not necessary. Cookies may also be used for us to measure traffic to our site and the use of different services and features of the site. We do not intend children to use our site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and we do not accept registration from them. |
| How We Use the Information |

The Personally Identifiable Information that we collect is used to communicate with you, process orders for products and service, customize advertising and content available, conduct researcg for internal use, and to use such information to improve our services. If you have uploaded content pursuant to the Submissions Agreement, you have also authorized Secret Trance to use your name and biographical materials publicly for advertising and promotional purposes.
The non-identifiable information is collected for determination of how our site and services are used. These would be things such as information telling us which areas of our site are visited the most frequently. This information helps us to further improve our site. The recording of what activities you are doing have two purposes. One purpose is to cut down on people who may be trying to abuse the site. The other purpose is for fun purposes for people who add you to their friends list who may be curious as to what you are up to. Secret Trance uses the information that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance and provide to you all of the features and services found on Secret Trance. We will use your email address, without further consent, for administrative purposes such as sending you account activation and "welcome" emails, notifying you of major Secret Trance updates, for customer service purposes, to address copyright infringement issues, or to contact you regarding any Secret Trance activities in which you are presently participating. Secret Trance uses your email address to send to you activity emails, newsletters, and, from time to time, notices about special activities, features, or items available on Secret Trance. You may opt-out of receiving such notices by indicating your preferences in the Manage Profile section of Secret Trance. |
| How Information is Shared |

Secret Trance does not share your Personally Identifiable Information with any third parties without your consent unless such information is required in order to provide you with services or products. When these third parties ae given this information, they are required to use that information only for the function they are helping us with.
When you see parts of our site with a prominent brand of another company, information you supply (or authorize for use) in that part of the site will be shared with the other company that is cooperating in providing the service. Please visit that company`s site to learn more about their information practices. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information when required by law or under the belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to conform to applicable law, comply with subpoenas, court orders or legal process served on Secret Trance, to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, and protect the property or interests of Secret Trance, it`s agents and employees, personal safety, or the public. Under such circumstances, Secret Trance may be prohibited by law, court order or other legal process from providing notice of the disclosure, and Secret Trance reserves the right to not provide such notice in it`s sole discretion. If we become part of another organization, including without limitation, by merger, change of control, sale of assets, or other acquisition, the acquiring organization will obtain and have access to the Personally Identifiable Information collected by Secret Trance and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personally Identifiable Information as described in this Privacy Policy. If we cease operation of this website and it`s services, all information will be permanently removed. We may make such disclosures, in some cases, without providing Members notice. Secret Trance also reserves the right to disclose Member Information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; protect Secret Trance from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of Secret Trance; and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our Members or other persons. |
| Your Choice Options |

You may, of course, decline to share your personally-identifiable information with Secret Trance, in which case you will not be able to participate in many Secret Trance activities. You may update, correct, or delete your Member account information and email subscription preferences at any time by going to the Manage Profile section of Secret Trance; provided, however, that upon deletion of your account or profile, please note that this is a permanent deletion in which nothing can be revived or retrieved again.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times. As for what activities you are doing, it is your choice if other users of Secret Trance can view this information. When you set your last login settings to "No" (also refrred to as "going invisible"), the activities you are doing will be hidden from other users, thus hiding this information. Displaying that information is totally your choice. Even if you choose not to receive information from us, we reserve the right to communicate with you on matters we consider especially important. |
| Make Changes |
|
Your Personally Identifiable Information can be reviewed by logging into Secret Trance and clicking on the Manage Profile link on the top bar of every page on the site. In the Manage Profile, you can modify information that is incorrect and delete certain information from your profile or set things to remain hidden from view.
To delete information, you must manually change the fields to null or empty values. Otherwise, the data is retained indefinitely. Data related to transactions made for products and/or service is retained indefinitely. It is possible to set some personal information to hidden so that visitors and other members of Secret Trance cannot view this information. However, this is only for chosen parts of information, such as e-mail address, what activities you are doing and last log in time and a few others. You may make a request to have your entire account deleted. This will include your profile, any images you have posted and any other information relating to your account. This deletion of your account is permanent and such information and data canot be revived or retrieved after deletion. Reviews and changes to the privacy may change. If changes are made, we will leave a notification on the site in the "News" section of Secret Trance. |
| Publically Posted Information |
| If you are a member of Secret Trance, and you make any public posts (such as submission comments, profile comments, forum posts, chatrooms, etc), keep in mind that such posts are publically viewable, even by visitors who are not members. Secret Trance holds no control over and is not responsible for the use of information or content you expose publically through your use of this site. |
| Security |
| It is up to you to select passwords that are difficult to guess and safeguard those passwords. Creating a secure password is of high importance in order to keep your account and information secure. |
| Third-Party Advertisers and Links |

Secret Trance allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within Secret Trance. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements that appear within Secret Trance and they automatically receive your IP Address when this happens. Such third-party ad servers may also use other technologies (such as cookies, javascript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize their advertising content.
Secret Trance does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in. However, please note that if an advertiser asks Secret Trance to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, males age 15 to 18) or audience segment (for example, males age 15 to 18 who have participated in certain community activities or games) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience that they were trying to reach. You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks. Secret Trance`s Privacy Notice does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or web sites. Secret Trance reserves the right to add or remove third-party ad networks or ad servers in its discretion and Secret Trance may not at all times list such updated ad network or ad server partners in this Privacy Notice. |

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Secret Trance does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information on Secret Trance from persons under 13 years-of-age, and no part of Secret Trance is directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access Secret Trance at any time or in any manner. If Secret Trance learns that personally-identifiable information of persons less than 13-years-of-age has been collected on Secret Trance without verifiable parental consent, then Secret Trance will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 13 has obtained a Secret Trance account, then you may alert Secret Trance at admin@secrettrance.net and request that Secret Trance delete that child`s personal information from its systems.

Once such changes become effective, your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of the new privacy statement.
